"Walk of Chic"

    Facebook who?...Twitter is where is at! Don't get me wrong Facebook is perfect for business, but Twitter is just more fun. I got a new follower today named @LeyendeckerLA. Leyendecker Los Angeles is a fashion line by Jessica Moss & Lisa Guajardo. While looking through their tweets I came up with this really cute youtube video. One of the worst..well maybe not too bad if you had a good night ; ) ... could be having to do that 'walk of shame.' I personally, always try to avoid that. But, hey sometimes you cannot avoid it. Lisa and Jessica from Leyendecker Los Angeles show how the walk of shame can turn into ...the "walk of chic! " I love the last look of "borrowing" the boys sweater and belt and just making a cute outfit to continue your day. Check it out I am sure you will love it!

"You Da One" Rihanna that inspired me. I don't know why but this video is very intriguing. Every shot in this video is inspiring to me. Click... pause... inspired! From the clothing, to the jewelry, and the nails. It's art! Of course the clothing, would be a little less toned down on me. But, just the playfulness of each look and how everything works so well with each other makes me want to create and explore into a new look. It is 2012, why not right?

Working Towards a Dream

     I am soo excited!! I just came from Boston Design Center. Had a meeting with Aimee and stylist Kristina Koziak to talk about interning with them for this upcoming semester. You might be wondering 'why the PUMA video on top?' Well Aimee and Kristina work with Puma to create ads and their website content. It is right up my alley, especially now that I am trying to get back to my usual workout schedule. What better motivation than to be surrounded by awesome workout gear. I am soo excited to start!! It is something different from the fancy and ready-to-wear clothing I am use to seeing behind the scenes at fashion shows. Cannot wait to take my styling creativity to the next level and see how it works out : )

Skateboards Taken to the Next Level

While watching the Celtics game I always like to browse the net during commercials and see what I find. Tonight, I found this really cool artist from Japan named Haroshi. Haroshi creates three-dimensional sculptures (like body parts and fictional characters) made out of recycled skateboards. So check out the rest of the pics..I promise you will like them!

Boston's First Night

My bestie managed to get free fried dough from Daddy's Fried Dough, awarded best fried dough place by the Food Network's show called Sugar High :) 

Happy 2012 Everyone!! I cannot believe it, but we are back in January. 2011 was a great year for me. There was a lot of downs but a lot of ups. I do not regret anything that has happen during the last year. I have met and worked with wonderful people. And finally started my blog after a long period of brainstorming. I usually do not do new year resolutions but one of the things that I wish to do more is take this blog to the next level. I have so many ideas but never really do them. But, 2012 will be different! I hope everyone had a safe and fun New Years Eve!
